Over the years, it has gradually developed, becoming one of the most distinctive places on the city's culinary map. The style of the cuisine is a combination of Nordic inspiration and French culinary techniques, based primarily on local produce and seasonal ingredients.
The menu often interprets traditional flavors and elements of Lublin cuisine in a modern way. The restaurant remains a family venture, and in front of the entrance there is a seasonal herb garden, highlighting its closeness to nature, freshness, and locality.
